Ginny goes to school!

Over the holidays, Ginny, our much-loved toy cavoodle, went to school! Ginny spent 3 days working with the team at K9 Support getting her Therapy Dog certification. Miss Wells and Ginny worked on staying ‘sight unseen’, learning to ‘leave it’ when there was something she shouldn’t touch, walking up and down stairs, heeling and coming in to sit at her carers feet in an unfamiliar setting. Ginny was already a superstar interacting with children! We are so lucky to have Ginny in our community and we know our students reap the benefits of working with her.
